I was willing to risk the whey protein (also high FODmap) for the convenience of having a high protein bar when not feeling well enough to cook, but not willing to deal with the blistered tongue and lips from the maltitol
I've resigned myself to the fact I need to make protein balls. This week FINALLY found rice protein powder without pea protein or fava bean added... it should be here in two weeks

these are not very tasty, would rather buy the kirkland bars regular price than pay $11 for these. would choke them down for $7 though...
