The more interesting chargers in the 20W category support extended Power Delivery modes such as 12V and above and/or Programmable Power Supply. The latter is particularly meaningful for a wide swathe of non-iPhone smartphone users trying to maximize fast charging around this price point. For an example see a Belkin model under ASIN B0921CDMRL currently priced at $11.
Of course, if you've got an iPhone that peaks at 18W-20W of non-PPS charging why pay for more?
Good luck!

My PPS chargers are valuable for me when traveling. I might burn down my phone battery during moat of the day snapping photos, etc., and the opportunity to top up quickly in the 30 minutes before dinner is a nice option to have.
Good luck!
