if your question really is "is it worth BUYING a PS5 for...", absolutely not. Just buy it on PS4 instead. Looks and plays great on either system.

I think the last Spiderman game I played before this was Web of Shadows. I payed for the PS streaming to my PC and was able to play a few moments of this Spiderman. I then decided to buy a used PS4 slim for $120 and player the rest of the game (there was ds4 issues for me on pc). This is a shorter game (10-15 hours) and it was enjoyable. Then I played the other (Marvel's Spiderman) and that one was filled with jokes and a lot longer but the combat system was definitely better on Miles Moralas. If you have a PS4/PS5 and have the streaming tier it is included. If you download the PS5 game you can "upgrade" to the ultimate edition for $20 which includes the Marvel's Spiderman Remaster for PS5. There were some bugs in both but I didn't lose too much progress reverting back to a save point.
