Then either return unwanted item or choose pickup option and send unwanted tool to different store and never pickup
I've seen entire comment sections taken up by ppl confused and asking what that means and how to do it etc, which should be all the evidence needed that it's counterproductive imo.
Just tbc I mean no offense to anyone who uses it.
What must I do?
It reminds me of that Governor that tried to have a journalist charged with "hacking" a state site for pressing F-12 on his keyboard
hack has many defintions.
one being: a clever tip or technique for doing or improving something.

A partial return.

"Choose your ending" sales.
Literally anything that isn't ridiculously hyperbolic and patently false would be great.

in this case hyperbole is used for empahisis or effect.
stop thinking of this as coders hacking in the pentagon, try thinking fo it as a "life hack", you will be less angry.

Edit: So I actually lucked out, I chose an item (the angle grinder) that showed as only 1 available at a nearby store. I know that many times 1 available actually means 0 available. Sure enough, I got one notification saying the battery was ready for pickup, and another notification saying the angle grinder wasn't available and I've already received my refund. The receipt for the battery now shows $116. Thank you again !!!

The only people that benefit are the clickbaiters that benefit from people seeing "hack" and thinking it's a way to take advantage of a pricing mistake or site error etc.
It's got nothing to do with what I think of when I hear "hack" and everything to do with what everyone else thinks of.
