Even Gold Standard has like 12% cholesterol.
Edit: I'm just saying I think there are higher quality blends. Even Dyn.. whatever has some with more Iso in them
Do body builders just inherently have high cholesterol? Most eat 2 or more eggs a day, and 2 eggs already hits your daily cholesterol
I'm not saying cholesterol from whey is bad but 25% per serving seams excessive
I think you don't know what cholesterol is. High serum VLDL & LDL cholesterol (the "bad" kinds) levels happen when you eat a lot of bad food or over eat. It's got little to do with dietary cholesterol. HDL cholesterol levels can on the other hand increase with good diet and exercise choices.

You ever do labs? Because daily cholesterol intake doesn't necessarily equate LDL in your blood. Seriously, experiment with foods. People are all different but for me, I can eat half a dozen eggs a day, a hamburger in the afternoon and some grilled chicken at night. LDL is 100 or less. If I start eating cholesterol-free snack crackers or cookies. My LDL goes up, same goes for chips and all that processed stuff. LDL goes up. I have no idea what this protein powder would do but just having cholesterol in it doesn't necessarily equate to what's going to show up on your labs. The best practice would probably involve taking a couple of brands you like and running labs with each one to figure out what works better for you year after year. It's probable your kidney markers and your cholesterol and your A1C May have more or less of an impact with different brands
