I have a similar style kitchen faucet and the handle has gotten stiff whenever I use it.
Wondering if they have lifetime warranty such as delta cartridges

"This warranty excludes normal wear and tear." Ummm well what is the point of that then? Someone who owns this faucet brand would need to reply about how ordering a regular use part such as the cartridge (the main item that will need replacing after at least 2-3 years of ownership of this faucet) to know if they ship it to you for free by calling the phone number as the original owner with receipt to prove that faucet purchase.

I personally stopped buying Glacier Bay because the last time I had to replace a Glacier Bay shower cartridge I went to Home depot and discovered that they stopped carrying the replacement. This is when I learned from a plumbing supply store that Glacier Bay is exclusive to Home Depot so I was out of luck... almost. I ended up finding it from some unknown plumbing supply store online.
I even bought a newer shower faucet that looked similar thinking that I could strip it for parts but the internals were different and I would have needed to rip out the wall to replace it.
Lucky for me, my shower cartridge had a bad leak but I could mitigate it somewhat. I would have to have a full blown leak and have to wait weeks for a part to ship from some random plumbing store online.

And why is everyone using the soap dispenser instead of using the hole for the dishwasher vent??

The soap dispenser is optional, they probably just provide it to have it match if you don't have anything to fill the hole with. In my sink, we used to have the spray wand and then I replaced it with a soap dispenser when I got a faucet with pull out nozzle. It's all optional.
