Imagine being a person who clicks on a deal for a $3000 tv just to try to shame people. That person must really be having a bad day.

These gallery mount TVs will need at LEAST two people — preferably three — to hang them. The lack of visibility behind the TV as you're trying to mount it makes it REALLY hard to guide them in. I recommend using some sort of sticker on the walls straight up from where the mount holes are… and then pieces of tape on the back of the TV straight up from where the pegs are… and then have somebody direct the two people who are trying to hang it.

Imagine spending $3000 on a TV. Some people really have no awareness of where the economy is headed, eh?

Not everyone is broke and owes money. Many have good jobs or are in a comfortable retirement with no bills and money in the bank. What is a head scratcher is why you would post this to begin with!

Stop fanboying. The Sony and Samsungs are far closer as they use the same QD panels. The LG uses a different panel built on different tech (WOLed)

The LG panel is technically not as good at color representation but in day to day usage they all look amazing. The LG may be better when used as a non-gaming monitor since TrueType works with its pixel layout. The LG panel may also be less prone to burn-in
S90C is horrible! Spend the extra $1000 for G3, and you'll be happier with an emptier wallet. I understand Sony tax for those with a critical eye. I just won't understand spending more for LG... Absolutely no sense.

I must be lucky, because I don't have any problems with any major tech or appliances in my life.. GE, KitchenAid, Electrolux, Samsung, Sharp, etc. ironically my first ever 'major' break happy today with LG C1 that's 2 years old.

Stuff happens, and I don't trash LG but pay 50% MORE than S90C??? Nuts

Buydig is an authorized dealer of LG, not sure what is the issue with them. We should support small retailers as well. People always running behind Costco and Amazon

The S90C $2000 deal for EPP/EDU/AAA is the best 77" deal around. I didn't pull the trigger on it simply because there are a lot of reported issues on the S95B. No idea if Samsung has sorted those out on the gen 2 QD-OLED models, but I wasn't interested in finding out.
What kinds of issues are they having? I have the S90C at the top of my list right now.

There are tons of threads on Reddit and elsewhere on the S95B. Issues ranging from bent panels (which seems very common), to firmware updates breaking core functionality, to the TV simply stops functioning. Don't know if those issues have been resolved or not on the S90/95C.

FWIW, all TV manufacturers have issues but it does seem like Samsung generally has worse feedback than Sony/LG. Whether this is because they sell more TVs than anyone, thus more opportunities for complaints, or because they have a higher defect rate than the other manufacturers…I wasn't going to use my money to find out.
