I picked this set up a few months ago and its pretty solid for the price. Thinking of maybe getting a second set because you can connect up to 16 total hexagon LED pieces together.

Should the title be "for sale" rather than "on sale"? Presumably "on sale" would mean there was a retail price that is now cheaper

Nice that these are RGBIC, but I hate the way they connect. We have GE hexagons from a year or two ago and I'll often have to bang really hard on them individually to get them to join the rest of the class

I got mine today and I am considering sending it back. When I tried to connect three of the tabs the inside collapsed inside the unit making that port useless. Yes, there are other ports available and you can simply re-arrange to a different shape, but this is very cheaply made IMO. Also, the 3 pronged connectors they have are pretty useless as they keep popping out even using a flat surface.

Bought these. They are okay, kinda cheap, but thats the point, they are cheaper than the competition. Whats good about them is its easy to connect them, and it uses an RF remote so you dont have to point it to an IR blaster, which is a big plus. However I wish there were an option to alternate two colors, such as red and green. But I did find a crawling red to green which is fine I guess. Anyways I dont find this as a steal at 28, rather you are paying what its worth, 28.
