Also for 2023 they named the Trace 2 their "Best Budget Daily Trainer" and "Best Affordable Shoe for New Runners".

I haven't put them through road or trail runs at any significant distance, I have dedicated way-too-expensive running shoes for that were specifically chosen for my foot issues and stick with those. I think they'd be Ok for that purpose though.
Can't speak to durability yet but can at least attest they are in great shape still after a month+ of daily wear.
