The omission of a 10mm stubby is mildly irritating. Irritating enough to definitely wait until these clearance out for $5 max.

So did they just take out the 10mm stubby or did they replace it with something

They are not the same wrenches. If you compare the open ends of the two sets you will see that the set in this deal is 4 point contact and the 30pc. set is 2 point contact.
