Yes there's a PC version and you can also get a Ubisoft+ Monthly subscription for $18 a month to play there entire catalog on your console of choice.

MAY be worth it at this price point, and with the new update they just released. This was not worth retail and I haven't touched it in about a month.

Yes, many improvements from the Crew 2, most notably handling and addition of the rewind feature. Make sure to turn on HDR,, as the colors are amazing. If you don't have XBOX, this is a great substitute for Forza Horizon series, and better in some ways, such as a more concise map and addition of boats and planes. Great use of the Dualsense controller as well. Its fun to just pick up a few races when you have a short amount of time. Lots of varied cars, offroad vehicles, motorcycles, planes, and hot rod boats.

Loved the fact that you can port over your complete vehicle collection from the Crew 2. Huge value there, wish Forza and GT had that.

Controls feel very arcadey compared to even Forza Horizon games, it runs pretty well on current gen and uses the PS5 controller gimmicks really well, not sure if that is supported on PC as well or how this runs on PS4. I ended up not even finishing the beta/demo time allotted before getting bored so I'd see if you can try before buying
