Depends on how you view it. Expired product (some bags actually taste weird ). And 30+ minutes for Amazon chat to resolve the issue. For me, not worth the $15, but to others it may be a great deal.

it has never taken me anywhere close to 30 minutes to get a refund for anything. 5 minutes at most, in my experience, or i just use the chat bot to get a refund without even talking to a human
