So sorry for the bad experience! And right after the warranty ended :/ can I ask, were you using a magnet that came with the charger mount? I'm wondering if it's possible that it was the magnet used on the phone case that could have been the issue, just because I'm not seeing any reviews mentioning anything like this happening on the Lisen page (though you could always be an unfortunate first).
