Does anyone have experience with the expiration dates on these when ordered from Staples? I would think that Staples does not sell that much volume of coffee, so it might be sitting in their warehouses for awhile.
I ordered the Dunkin' Donuts and it's nice and fresh came packed well
They removed the $17.99 restock discount for all of these. Will need to buy two with $15/$60 coupon for best deal now.
Just a heads up to anyone that did the auto restock. Check your credit card charges.
I placed an order 12/6 for 3 Peet's at 17.99 and 3 breakfast blend at 17.99. I only got a confirmation for $53.97 for the Peet's. On 12/8 they show an order for 209.97 for the peet's and my card was charged 209.97. Its like they cancelled my original order with coupons and placed a new order on the 8th at full price. I recieved the Peet's on 12/12 and called customer service. I tried chatting for several days but chat has been unavailable. I wasted 33 min with CSR getting a refund. If I did not have that email showing 53.97 which I had to forward to the csr I would not have gotten a credt. CSR has not way to see what is happening with the autorestock until they actually ship. Could not tell my why I did not receive the breakfast blend or when it would ship or even what it would cost. When the breakfast blend ships they are probably going to charge me 209.97 like they did for the Pete's but I have no email showing I agreed to pay 53.97 like I did with the Peet's. CSR said they put a note on my account but the breakfast blend shows next delivery Dec. of 2024. Their system is totally screwed up and CSR have no insight to the autorestock. They can only see orders that shipped. They cannot tell you anything about the autorenew status. Just going to cancel that breakfast blend autorestock before I forget and get a 209.97 bill next December when it eventually ships.
Staples has some pretty unethical practices or they are completely incompetent. Maybe a little of both. Either way, last time I'm going to spend 33 minutes with CSR saving money on coffee.
