This is a better Strat than you can get from fender at this price.

Might have to go to $1200 before you get a Fender strat I like as much as this one.

I have this guitar and it's fantastic. It has locking tuners, a Graphtec nut, roasted maple neck, and an ebony fretboard. The fit and finish on everything are great. The tuners are good, but not as smooth as Fender locking tuners. The HSS pickup configuration is nice, although I don't find the bridge pickup has as much output as some humbuckers, and TBH I don't really hear any difference when I switch that pickup over to single coil mode. It does the strat "quack", though, and overall the pickups are fine.

The one thing to be aware of is the neck is very thin up near the nut. I like that, but it's not something everyone will like.

I literally bought this used last week for a little bit more than this. Oh well. It's a great guitar!
