That said its a nice looking shed.
It will require warm temps to put alot of it together so you can strong arm it to flex into position. The roof is definitely a two person job and again let the roof panels heat up in the sun...here in Chicago when It was 80s out was still difficult. Could never get the doors to fit flush and Customer support is missing in action if you need help. I blame the molding and warped parts.
Over all its ok and we will see if it lasts through a Chicagoland winter.
Its not waterproof do open slats where bottom of wall panels attach to floor panels. They are like drains every 24"
I would definitely get it at this price though.
I suggest you try suncast / keter / rubbermaid / sears.. anything but this cheap doodie

Check reviews! They are a bit rough...
You can always get free plans and buy and cut the stuff for less than one of these kits...
Costco does have sales on them a few times a year...
I have been been watching prices for about 18 months.

A wooden platform sitting on blocks is typically better for these because it reduces moisture in the shed. It costs less to build, less time to build, you can move it or remove it easier when the time comes, less damage to existing root structures of trees.

Rememeber my comment about wood rot. Yes happened to me. So it slides off really easily. But you will have to have another platform to slide this onto.
Or you can just unscrew bunch of screws. And move it that way. Have done that too. Takes time but doable.

That price is for the 8x7.5 shed. The 8x15 you quoted is $2249.... and out of stock
My shed is 10X12 and it's great. Me and the neighbor had it up in a few hours, not counting the foundation. We had two cordless screwguns going.
The only assembly issue was getting the swinging doors to line up perfectly. took a minute, but got there eventually.
Mine is dry, tight and pretty solid. It's only been a few months, but if it's anything like my other Lifetime holdings it will be fine.
For $1,000 this is a deal!
Also inside scoop.. these are all modular. Built with 2.5' incremental modules. Walls, flooring roof. So if you wanted to do 8x10 or 8x12.5 Or want to do 8x20' ... you can!
Yet, we are allowed any shed with permits, inspections, etc. as long as it is single story, less than 144 square feet, behind the house line, and at least 3 feet from any property edge.
I'm guessing maybe you opted into a community within Florida with its own set of regulations, such as 'no vehicles larger than a golf cart' or 'no more than 5 dogs tied up in the front yard?'
