When you've bought TCG from Amazon and got something resealed, you kind of get burned and learn your lesson from there on out.

I may be lucky I guess.
The Pokemon Company has a partnership with Amazon now. I'm sure they have tightened down on "re-seals"

Unless this new "partnership" happened a couple of weeks ago I'd say no. I got loose empty etbs. Amazon employees love stealing pokemon.

(2) Received my order of 3 Crown Zenith ETB today. Haven't opened any of them but they looked like they were factory sealed box. Are you guys saying the booster packs inside could be resealed?
(3) what's so special about these TCG over the $2.99 sleeved booster from Best Buy during BF or the Target's $19.99 tin bundle deal (8 boosters inside)?
TIA

I guess that leaves one question remaining, is there some box(es) that have better pull rate from others? How is this TCG?

That's the thing. It's not regular households who are always resealing. Pokemon can be very profitable and the cost of a capable shrink wrapper is less than what you might think.
As far as pulls, nothing is guaranteed. And it also depends on if you are collecting nice cards for value or actually playing the TCG.
10 of these! Yeah I would have stopped buying at 4 at the most.
