Issey Miyake is very light perfume I had this one in EDP, this is just 1.3oz and EDT not worth it.

I googled "best smelling men's cologne" and didnt see this one listed in 2 tops 5's or a top 10, heck I even clicked on a top 25 list figuring I would find it and still didnt see it listed. What gives??

Macy's and Neiman Marcus are good you will only get genuine.
But, EDT is watered down versions longevity window is very less.
Go for EDP.

You can hardly smell this cologne. It's only good for somebody who works in a cubicle and lives by themselves. 😂
