my $75 costco card actually got denied. chatted with tmobile and was issued $75 account credit

I had Moto G Power, Moto G stylus, both 2020 release. These great mid range phones. I do not play games, but for everything else these phones work perfectly. I do not know about Moto Edge 2022 offered by T-Mobile, but Moto Edge 2023 is at least as good as my Pixel 6 Pro, my be not as good in Photo department, but other than that it looks and behaves like premium phone.

More subscribers complain because either TMO or Costco (or both) messed up the gift card process.

anyone have a link for a cheap tempered glass? I believe I purchased one from amazon from the last Moto deal but it was a bit bigger than the actual screen

no eligible device purchased within promo period. Tmobile rep doesnt know why neither since he can see the phone purchase date and EIP credit is there on the phone. Actually EIP credit fell off after first month for no reason. I had to contact tmobile to add it back and it sticks now. Im on 3rd month credit now

Is anyone able to process this by logging into TMobile online ? The Upgrade option is grayed out. When I select ' Add a new line ' followed by ' get a trade in estimate ' and enter trade-in device info.. the 'done' option at the end is then grayed out lol.. Gotta love TMobile's account management!

Same issue here. The upgrade button is grayed out, both on the app and web browser.

I'm on simple choice and it shows up for me.
I'm debating if I should do it or not.
I'm leaning towards yes since it looks like tmobile isn't giving simple choice users any iPhone promos

you have to go thru the trade in process in the same page and after that's done successfully, you will now be able to see that the 'Uprade My Line' button is no longer grayed out
