I had Moto G Power, Moto G stylus, both 2020 release. These great mid range phones. I do not play games, but for everything else these phones work perfectly. I do not know about Moto Edge 2022 offered by T-Mobile, but Moto Edge 2023 is at least as good as my Pixel 6 Pro, my be not as good in Photo department, but other than that it looks and behaves like premium phone.

Go to the other (previous) thread.

More subscribers complain because either TMO or Costco (or both) messed up the gift card process.

Also, more subscribers still waiting for their GC

Order placed 12/13/2023, when checking on the costco gift card promotion, it says status: received.
Shouldn't be approved already at this time? Anyway I can change request the gift card to mail to a different address? I'll probably give a call to costco t-mobile to check since they are not picking up at the moment.
I don't think you can request to send it to a different address.
But you can give them a call, tmobile promotion #, and they can investigate the status of the gift card, they can either resend or just credit it to your tmobile account if the gift card doesn't get used at all after verified

I got this text as well on Sunday. I called them. The rep looked into it. It turns out that they invalidated the credits because the phone I traded in wasn't working. The rep said they shouldn't have done that because you can trade in any phone, working or not working. So the rep put in a request to manually put the eligibility back. You should call T-Mobile and see why they made your promo ineligible.

Same thing happened to me. Got the text yesterday saying my eligibility had changed so I FB chatted with them and they manually applied the promo. I had sent in an old Moto G that was hardly used and mint, so I wasn't too happy about having to contact them.

Weird, seems like they randomly invalidated the promo for some people.

T-Mobile messed up again, I received a message that the phone that I traded it was different than stated, BS ! They reduced my credit with about $65 total. It took them a long time after delivery of the traded phones to open the package, this was after holidays and probably they were swamped but anyway. Not happy with the whole experience.

Had the same thing.
Called customer service and the rep said that it could happen if the device had water damage or was locked. But since there wasn't any comment about it in the notes he just re-applied the promo.

I had the same experience. Had to call customer service and then escalate to supervisor/managment. I was told to wait a week for a formal resolution. Meanwhile still no costco shop card. Would not recommend this deal in the future. More headaches for a "free phone."

Just checked my Costco rebate status and it was denied. It says no/ineligible device purchased. Anyone else have this happen?
