Me, I bought the Xbox deal from Target for Black Friday, so I don't need another one (silly me opened the box already). But...I've used Verizon Home 5G as my primary internet provider before, so I know I can easily use it again. Costs about $40/mo more than I'm currently paying for 500mb/s fiber. My numbers look like this: Extra $40/mo * $240 - $100 Verizon gift card = $140 extra for the service. In exchange I get a $200 Amazon gift card (I'm now nearly $60 to the good) plus our daughter's birthday present is covered.
12/07 - Order Placed. Received email about confirmation. The email only mentioned the xbox & amazon gc, it did not mention the Verizon GC and the $50 local GC
12/08 - Wifi/Router Device shipped
12/08 - I logged into my account and set up auto pay. Did not see any redeem links yet.
12/11 - Wifi router received and activated.
12/11 - Amazon and Xbox emails received. I was able to open my account where it didnt show the redeem links, but after a couple of page refreshes, I was able to see both links. Xbox was upgraded to Xbox X automatically, placed an order for pickup. However the amazon link is greyed out and doesnt let me redeem.
the other 2 GCs also dont show up, probably would have to chat up with helpdesk.

I tried adding the $499 Series X in case the promo was in the cart somehow but just the Series X itself got removed. Nope. Tried chatting with customer service, rep was useless because there was a known issue with the tile not showing for some customers for the free Xbox and Amazon gift card, it was estimated to be fixed by 12/15/23, and I was assured to not worry as I qualify for the offer (#1 that's not my problem but the agent just kept repeating different variations of this, #2 I don't want to wait until they decide to stop upgrading the Series S offer to the Series X).
Edit: Called phone support, took a while but rep got ticket submitted, bit over an hour later was able to order a Series X for local pickup.
I still haven't received any emails about xbox or amazon. I see the offers in my VZW account now, but xbox gives me an error when trying to claim, and Amazon is greyed out like others are reporting. Guess I'll wait today then contact support if I don't receive anything.
