I'm very disappointed with Sonus' sales policies. It's great when they finally put something on sale but I can't use my upgrade credits to further reduce the price. So what's the point? I would have hoped they'd reward existing customers and make the upgrade discount stackable. Very disappointing.

I threw it away. It didn't work plugged in or not. I could connect through BT and sometimes Wi-Fi for about 30 seconds, then it would disappear. Worthless.

I sold my Bose SoundLink Revolve II Bluetooth® Speaker to purchase the Sonos Roam and I wish I could go back in time. I have Sonos Speakers all throughout my home but the roam is now just my computer speaker as it's too low to be outside with no base at all.

I loved t his speaker until it died right at warranty end.. just wouldn't charge or turn on. Common thing apparently

Sucks because I loved it

Agreed, bought the 2 pack and returned them last week for the Era 100. Sound is very average too

I own 12 sonos products, and my roam died just after a year. They would not even offer any solutions except a coupon so I could buy another that would likely last a year and break. No thanks

Yes the Roam is rather disappointing. Zero bass, wifi issues and would not stay charging on wireless charger. Looks cool though.
