So this has 11 terminals, does that mean I can drive my 5.4.1 Atmos setup with the 9 amps on Zone 1 and then also drive my 2 outdoor speakers on Zone 2 as long as I don't need Zone 1 and Zone 2 on at the same time?

Had I not been tempted by the $1299 cost for the X4800H during BF, I would have jumped on this. It's a lot of receiver for $900.

Probably not a big deal to most, but if you use a non-Spotify music streaming service (Tidal, Amazon, Qobuz), you will need to have a third party music streamer or be stuck with HEOS for the music. HEOS is not a great interface for music management. I'll be ordering a WiiM for this reason.
If you're buying an Atmos audio/HT receiver, why wouldn't you use it with Apple Music? Unless you only use it for home theater and hate Atmos

Did it on mobile, but go all the way thru to checkout. There's a light gray text section above the CC info about entering a code.

I got X4800 for $1249. Any suggestions on returning that and buying this? A higher DAC on x4800 and more watts per channel would matter in sound quality, I guess.
Get 3800h, can get pre amp for that price difference. I did the same..

You can do this with speaker preset 1 & 2, but it will not do it automatically. You will have to setup each configuration & save separately.
I actually got 2 stereo amps to add to the unit. One for Zone 2 on my porch & one to drive the rear surround on a 7.3.4 layout.

Why are all the recievers dropping in price? Are new ones around the corner or something? Not complaining in the least, just noticed all the newer ones with Dirac are more affordable too. Really want this so I can complete my 7.2.4 setup.

Would there be a noticeable difference between this and the Denon s760h aside from the two additional channels and subs? I'm running rp-8000f, rp-504c, and rp-600m (and 2x rp-1400sw).
We have very similar setups so I'm curious about this as well. Same receiver and mostly same speakers (but I have one subwoofer that's probably bigger, as opposed to two - not so relevant since subs are independently powered probably).

Klipsch are known for not drawing much power so I'm not sure if additional watts per channel will really be noticeable here.

I just got Denon 760h from Costco, sitting unopened. I want to get this but it's too much money to gain two extra channels.
