For anyone who would like to remove the permissions you granted for this deal, go here: https://myaccount.google.com/connections

Then, look for an entry called "gweb-play-points-app"

You can remove the permissions by clicking on the entry, then at the bottom you click on "Delete all connections you have with gweb-play-points-app"

Ok, I chatted with support and rep said that the 40% off requires you to be at gold level for at least 10 days before it will work. This promo is good until 12/31. The trade-in values and current google store discounts are supposed to remain the same until 12/31 so I guess you can wait 10 days and get this deal without losing on any current deals.

Just in case anyone is thinking about returning a device previously purchased through the Google Store to get this deal instead, they subtract the trade in value off of the amount you get back so you basically lose that value and don't get your traded in device back.
