one concern I have is that the unit seems a little finicky trying to power back up after it goes to sleep or is shut down. not sure how, if all, that can be resolved (unless this is considered 'normal' behavior)

FYI: Sound is weak without help. I've installed EqualizerAPO and Peace and with a little equalizer adjustment and a preamp boost it makes the sound through the built in speakers quite good. Everything else has been great.
It doesn't go off like a jet when I am using it at a cooler environment
