Be aware Amazon delivered this to me in a plastic bag, so needless to say the carton was leaking when I got it. Dont expect to store this for later.

Beef bone broth is freakin hard to find anymore. 8g protein why I buy over just salty broth.

Broth and stocks make food better.

Your body needs sodium and that's okay. Every year a news article comes out and we all make knee jerk decisions that probably lead to other problems that get masked as "old age".

Everything in moderation. Sodium is an important part of your body's functions. I'd recommend consulting doctors and specialists before trying any fad dietary advice.

Broths and stocks add richness to foods. I substitute them in place of water in some recipes and I match them up with the protein in the recipe.

These don't need to be refrigerated usually until after opening which is quite nice.

I used to use these pre packaged broths until I realized they were adding the most bitter flavor to my soups. I'm guessing because of whatever preservatives they're using to keep them from developing mold or bacteria.

Using vegetable bouillon and the end parts of celery, carrots, onions, and garlic has yielded much better results.

Mushrooms are the best to add flavor

If only people actually knew it wasn't the sodium causing their high blood pressure. At least, not the chronic kind.

Probably not most of it. Granted highly processed food is not great. The salt panic is not quiet as bad as the MSG BS which is better.
