Doesn't matter where the account region is originated, just need to redeem it on a vpn in the keys region.

Unfortunately I don't know how things are on the PS side so I don't know if things work the same or they allow it.

Holy sh**. You just saved me $65. I'd purchased this like an hour before your post. Got a refund from Microsoft, downloaded ExpressVPN, selected the Egypt server, redeemed as usual on Microsoft's redemption page, and canceled the VPN trial. I kinda feel bad, love supporting Larian but I do love a good deal even more!
