The PS5 version is neck and neck with the PC version, according to Digital Foundry. No clue about the Xbox version. A physical deluxe version is coming out next month, though, if you prefer physical. Though it will be $80. The physical version comes with some cool stuff, though.

Unfortunately PlayStation games haven't been available digitally from third parties for 5 or 6 years. Sony stopped allowing that. The only time there's ever a digital code for a PlayStation game is when one comes with an official PlayStation console bundle. People take those codes and then sell them on third party sites. God of War Ragnarok, Horizon: Forbidden West and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 are the only games I know of that have codes.

I think they have a class action lawsuit going on how they scammed customers buying exclusively to their store & not third party. Sony has to lose to have gray market listing for their games again

I'd assume easy for Microsoft to pick up if you have a different regional product in your account but that's if they care to check.

I didn't buy this, I don't even own an Xbox, I was interested to see how this game that's not been discounted once since launch was $20. Now trying to call me out while advocating for piracy and acting all high and mighty about it, that's wild, I don't think grey markets are a good thing either, this is clearly not meant to be $20 for Americans, but don't try to act like you're the good guy for stealing, especially from a totally independent studio. You are not just a clown you're the whole circus.
