i dont buy these multivitamins any more and directly buy vitamin D only ones. why? the multi has only 1000 IU which is no where near enough for men. specially if you are 40 and above. daily minimum is 2000 and up to 5000iu.

Thanks OP, Was about to pull the trigger but Unfortunately it says "expires 2/29/24" which renders more than half as useless after the above date
