I saw this on a verizon rep tablet that starting 12/14 till 01/03, anyone signing up for a 5g home plus internet plan gets a Xbox series X instead of the current Xbox s offer.
This in addition to the $100 Verizon gift card along with $200 Amazon gift card..

Go to your Payment Options.
Choose an amount to pay (i.e., pay in full, pay another amount, make a split arrangement) and choose Continue.
Choose add/edit payment method. Select Gift card and click Add method. Follow the prompts.
When the gift card is added, you can select it as a payment option for your bill.

Man, they screwed this promotion so bad! I do not see any offers on my account after activation and have escalated and still don't have anything in my account! This sucks.

Yep. I'm still waiting on receiving the Amazon gc and xbox. Contacted Twitter support. They filled some promo fallout form or something, said takes 5 - 7 days to approve. Reached out again after 7 days, they said it was approved, didn't receive any confirmation email, said they cannot resend confirmation email but should receive the Amazon code in 4 - 6 works via email. Same thing with Xbox. Approved but still waiting on that code.
$75 cash back from another site was mysteriously reversed...
I had to file complaint 2-3 times via their social media reps but was always told that my escalation was rejected. I gave up, but got a redemption code in email today and placed the order. No store pickup was available so had to place shipping order. Now the long wait to get the Xbox begins.

I contacted the customer service to update my address on the order -- they could't. They submitted a ticket to cancel the order within 3 days, and only after the previous order got canceled, then they can help me place another new order.
I am so surprised how bad Verizon's customer service is right now.
