For myself, I can notice PWM flickering up to fairly high frequencies so that makes this a dealbreaker.

I play a couple of games of League of Legends on my Zenbook i5-1240P Iris Xe iGPU and it's a little laggy in big fights. I'm hoping this 780M will be good enough to play that and still be a nice all around laptop with good portability/travel.

I don't care about touchscreen. The only gaming I'd do is through streaming from my desktop.
I do like the Asus having USB4.
Since I live in Alaska, shipping is $33 (unless this is available in-store?).
Opinion between Asus at $700 or this at $633? (We do not have sales tax).
I have the Asus but havent opened the box yet.
