I've been a primarily Hue household (as far as lights + dimmer switches) for the last several years--damn near pushing my bridge to the limit (used to have 2 even). That said, this is hilariously overpriced. Get a Govee Lyra for damn near the same functionality and design instead. It's been on sale for $89 for a while on Amazon and can be had even cheaper from Govee's website with the coupin DEC10 (idk if it expired yet). Unless you really need 2500 lumens (Lyra is 1500 lm), this should scratch that itch and even if you bought two to exceed the brightness, you'd still come out cheaper. If this was $20-$30 more than a Lyra's non-sale price, maybe I'd have bitten. The Hue tax is absurd and I'm glad I didn't pay full price for any of my Hue shit over the years lol.

Kinda agree with you on Govee vs Hue. However from my experience any Govee besides 2 bulbs that I had, always issues such as light freezing and can't turn off, color is not right, the Govee app is ehh. While with hue it's so easy to control with any smart device even with your tv.
I do agree that hue is overpriced. Miss the 2020 when they were cheaper.
This deal however is good. Haven't seen many especially for their floor lamp.

I bought two of these (black) two days ago where it had 15% discount + an extra 20% if you buy 3 eligible product. So I bought two floor lamps and one hue dimmer for a total of $419 (before tax). Seems like 20% B3G20 is still there.

Still about $100 overpriced IMO. It seems like Hue isn't retreating from its sky high pandemic pricing. I'm hoping demand will be softening even further amid Govee competition

Lol it's not even about their data, just ingrained xenophobia (or sinophobia) at this point. No point reasoning with em. Let's hope the kids just don't absorb his principles.

Plot twist: Hue stuff is also manufactured in China! Now what??

So is his iPhone, computer, the fireworks on 4th of July, his pickleball paddle, the parts in his car (no matter where it's manufactured), and even many of the ingredients in his packaged food items or fast food restaurants.

Is been this price MANY times (actually better!) via 15% coupon off Philips offers on Amazon every season. Laughable this is a deal, with so many up votes. Re Gove: that's the power of a strong eco system that works well. I have hue exclusively because of this. However, I know it's stupid
