OK so to date there are no confirmed shipments beyond "Label Created"
Check your tracking number on UPS.com and sign up for updates. If it actually moves, they will email you.
Please post in Wiki if you actually get tracking movement.
It's not unheard of for items that started outside US tracking systems (AKA not UPS/FedEx/DHL/USPS) to be shipped and moving but have no tracking info. If these bikes started on a foreign or local delivery system en-route to UPS, then there may yet be hope.
There is also the possibility for the Mukkpet/HeyBike authorized shops to NOT fulfill these orders and wait it out until WE cancel.

It is a more well known brand.
The bike is slightly lighter. So easier to carry
It's like $46 cheaper
Thinner tires (and ligheter weight) should make it easier to pedal without charge
Thinner tires may improve storage at home or in vehicles for travel
Some Pros of the Mukkpet:

Bike rack included for cargo

So I got a concerning message from the heyblike amazon account.
I missed the deal on these yesterday and decide to msg heybike (amazon account) if they still had any left in stock for sale. What I didn't realize is Heybike wasn't selling it, but it was amazon themselves so my msg was irreverent.
They send me a long msg essentially saying they wont cover the warranty if its bought from the seller "amazon.com" they are a untheorized dealer and it might a fake in general. Here is the whole reaply

The price of Race Max in all Heybike authorized stores is NEVER EVER UNDER $500 including shipping before. If you see that the price is lower than $500, it is not a Heybike authorized store.
Thus, you WON'T GET the items shipping from the unauthorized stores.

FIRSTlY, due to the size of the item, Race Max COULD NOT USE Amazon Warehouse so the shipper WON'T be Amazon.com.
SECONDLY, Heybike currently does not receive any offers from Amazon to place the orders and Heybike Never ever sells and sends the items to Amazon before. Thus, if you place an order from the seller, called Amazon.com, are FALSE ORDERS and you WONT RECEIVED the Race Max From from "Amazon.com".
There is a picture showed how could we find out the authorized stores and get TRUE orders.

So not sure how truthful this msg is. They might be trying to get me to buy from them directly so they could make a profit instead of getting bikes they already sold.
On the the other hand these bikes are selling at a big discount so they might be right.
Can any one else smarter then me look this up and see what's going on.
Edit- Been reading the last pages of the two Mukkpet fat bike threads and seems its a good chance its counterfeit and probably risky burning battery wise or ups never receives it even tho on amazon it says "Carrier picked up the package."

It does seem to suggest that getting warranty service may be difficult.
It's a bit of a gamble. For me, the mukkpet is much more what I am looking for - fat tire all the way for casual riding - at this price the risk is fine for me.
