Mine was also scheduled for Dec. 20th. However I just called Amazon Bulky order Service line and was told they don't have anything in their warehouse, and Amazon is currently negotiating with their supplier to seek for a solution. I was offered $60 per bike as compensation though. The lady who answered the phone told me she never got this issue before during her past 10+ years of experience in the bulky item service center, and Amazon has already escalated this issue as of today. She did help me submit three tickets to the headquarter and ask me to wait for another 72 hours for a response. Let's see what happens next.

Just chatted with Amazon to discuss the screenshot. The rep confirmed that Amazon IS a authorized store and the Rattan note only applies to non-Rattan and non-Amazon 3rd party Sellers. The rep also confirmed that if anything is wrong, Amazon will help.

He also confirmed that the product is returnable within 30 days.

Tempted, this fits my needs better than the two $200 bikes on here. But the reviews are much better for those. Some rough reviews, and claims that they are manipulating the reviews. 3 different bike deals right now, maybe I'll wait for the 4th.

Product details says package weight is 61 pounds. Maybe 81 pounds with extra battery? I can handle lifting 61 pounds in my car but not over 80 lol

The description pic says 83lbs. I am an able bodied person, and that would be tough getting it in and out of my trunk. Also 800 charge cycles is what it's good for, so good luck getting a replacement battery when the company is no longer around in a few years

Good thing it comes with an extra battery. Might be good to consider the asurion insurance

Ill be stoked if I ride this 800 times before it craps out. Then ill put in the other battery and get 800 more rides
