Mine was also scheduled for Dec. 20th. However I just called Amazon Bulky order Service line and was told they don't have anything in their warehouse, and Amazon is currently negotiating with their supplier to seek for a solution. I was offered $60 per bike as compensation though. The lady who answered the phone told me she never got this issue before during her past 10+ years of experience in the bulky item service center, and Amazon has already escalated this issue as of today. She did help me submit three tickets to the headquarter and ask me to wait for another 72 hours for a response. Let's see what happens next.

Just chatted with Amazon to discuss the screenshot. The rep confirmed that Amazon IS a authorized store and the Rattan note only applies to non-Rattan and non-Amazon 3rd party Sellers. The rep also confirmed that if anything is wrong, Amazon will help.

He also confirmed that the product is returnable within 30 days.

Glad these bikes are steeply discounted. When they were going for 1000$, it was too much to bite. But like the heybike for 228, it's much easier to bite as that is about the price of any budget bike. Ur talking about electric motor with shocks and disc brakes for sub 400< and even 250 for heybike is a great price! Huffy at Walmart is already 150-200$. Think about that and u would see why these ebikes are a good price.

I just ordered this but opted not to pay the $44 extra for the 2-year insurance since I got the version with the extra 20 Ah battery and I expect that there is a low chance both batteries will fail within 2 years, and the battery is the main component that would render it unusable. Other things that may fail would likely be more fixable, since I have experience repairing regular bikes, and I think the $44 would be better saved for a replacement battery 3+ years from now

Not sure if this included 20 mah battery exists for this ebike. The only 20 mah battery listed on their website is for the Quercus. It won't fit this ebike.

They're both Pro. If you look at comparison on Amazon, they show LF Pro and LM Pro. Frame type is only difference.

Prices are collapsing across the board. Looking at prices 6-24 months ago (or more) is absurd. Just search ebike on SlickDeals. Prices are falling. Even retail pricing from two weeks is now outdated.
