Quick tip. Every sunday night at midnight PST Amazon's deals of the week reset. I've got a ton of price mistakes at that time. Here's the link below if you or anyone else wants to bookmark it. A: upon checking the battery specification, its not UL listed at all, though the charger is.
NYC requires all Ebikes sold in the city to have a UL-2849 certified battery and charger. This may explain why the official site doesn't ship to NYC.

"Rattan ebike haven't engaged in any transactions with Amazon, indicating that they haven't purchased our goods. Consequently, their warehouses lack our products and are unable to dispatch any shipments.
Don't order from Amazon.com! Rattan ebike can't use Amazon Warehouse, and Rattan ebike never sells to Amazon. Avoid FALSE ORDERS from "Amazon.com".
We are also following up on the order status to see what the store will eventually send to customers.
