Have you gone ahead and placed a new order? I noticed they're only sold by Genmax Direct now and not Amazon itself so how would that even work should Amazon refund the difference or perhaps they wouldn't since third party, and you'll be stuck paying the full price.

Stay on top of this. You will need to enter amazon chat, they will confirm you to reorder the same item, make sure it still exists, it will come from genmax directly sold by Amazon, you will bounce to 3-4 people during this, after, you reorder, reenter chat, you will bounce 3-4 people again to process the price difference, for me it was 658 dollars for the two generators.

Can you clarify your situation further? Did the items you re-purchased were sold by Genmax directly or by Amazon. I'm only seeing Genmax Direct as the seller now whereas the original sale had Amazon as the seller and NOT Genmax Direct.

Thanks for any clarification you can provide as these are non-returnable and didn't want to be stuck with it at full price should Amazon refuse to honor the price match as the sellers would be different.

I have different reps indicating they won't adjust price while others say they will. The last thing I want is to be stuck with it at full retail price since non returnable unlike other items.

Amazon totally deleted the total for the generators on my synchrony amazon card last time I checked, currently amazon synchrony website is down. It appears like this is a price adjustment but unsure how it will turn out as nothing is now posted. Originally i was told the difference would be refunded, this is the only purchase I have ever seen from amazon disappear. I'll update when I know for sure of the charges.
