Give it a rest, bud. You've been on every IBP thread spreading misinformation. At this point they should probably sue you for libel. You didn't read the TOS and that's on you, not on the company. What they did was not fraud.

I would definitely return it for gaming. The 7700x is better than the 13700f for gaming easily. Not to mention the 4070 ti is much better than the 4070. If it was the 13700kf or k then it would be slightly better but not the f. The only thing the 13700f has over the 7700x is multicore performance.

Also don't use userbenchmark it sucks

The difference you get from 4070TI vs 4070 easily outweighs the one from 13700f vs 7700x

Well I really did wait as long as I possibly could. And then I ordered a custom build from cyber power PC.
This is a great deal with the 4070ti

Not bad at all. Still not worth returning what I got: https://slickdeals.net/f/17008222-costco-online-one-week-1-499-after-400-off-msi-aegis-gaming-desktop-intel-i7-13700f-32gig-ddr5-2tb-hdd-1tb-ssd-liquid-cooled-geforce-rtx4070-windows-11?src=category_page

If the processors were on par, I would. But it seems there's some difference that makes me go "nah"

I'm on the lookout for something that has 4070 TI, has otherwise the same specs, and can cost like $150 more at worst. This costs 100 more, but has worse CPU (and less hard disk space FWIW). 2TB SSD could also make it interesting to me. But not as is.

Is this worth returning the one I ordered last month? I can still return until Jan 13th

Intel i9-13900KF 24-Core / 32-Thread Desktop Processor
Liquid CPU Cooler
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 12GB GDDR6X Graphics
32GB DDR5 SDRAM Memory
1TB NVMe Solid State Drive
Wired Keyboard and Mouse
1000 Watt PSU
Windows 11 Home

Would be used for gaming, but I'm interested in streaming/content creation as well.

Obviously a better GPU, what do I do? Thanks!!

You need to provide more context. What is your use case?

Seems like it is slightly less than the cost to build it yourself with similar components(At least as close as I can guess with the limited details available).

Having someone else build it for you and getting it pre-integrated makes it a decent value.

Avoid. Low timing DDR5. Not XMP stable.

  • 4.5 GHz AMD Ryzen 7 7700X 8-Core Processor - Fine but prefer 7800x3d
  • 32GB (2x 16GB) 5200 MHz DDR5 RGB RAM - Fine but prefer 6000 CL3
  • 1TB M.2 NVMe SSD + 1TB HDD - 2TB M.2 is cheap now. Is the slow 1TB HD just for giggles?
  • AMD B650 Motherboard Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) + Bluetooth 5.3 - Fine unless you need expansion slots or OC
  • CPU Liquid Cooler - Air cooler is sufficient and likely better, but liquid is nice for aesthetics. This system configuration shouldn't need too much cooling in any case
  • Y40 Black Case - Pretty nice assuming it's the Hyte case
  • 800W PSU - Wattage is good. Manufacturer is a gamble - probably low tier on psucultists
