Always wanted one of these but those big ones from a car dealership out in front yard... this mini one I'll put on my desk will definitely give me my serotonin boost. Thanks OP!

Got this from a HomeGoods a while ago for $6. Was excited when I bought it but it's disappointing. Loud fan and the "waving" guy does not wave. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong but mine is back in the box since the day I got it.

Same exact experience. No waving. Loud fan. Not good as a desk trinket. You pretty much turn it on for coworkers, then turn it off.

Save your time and money. This is crap. I bought 5 of them at once and none worked. The fan blew but the guy would just lie there.

Ends up being a loud limp noodle on your desk.

It made me sad instead of happy.

same experience here, i ended up tying a couple of his hair strands together so he would dance and using the external power port.

I have one and it works well with a good brand battery that's fresh. For $6 I liked it

Sounds like the battery is underpowered so find an old 9V wall wart.

Agree. Someone gave me one a couple years ago. It just sits there strait up or bent over. If you flick it with your finger, it'll flop around once or twice and then get stuck in a fixed position again.

I've bought a couple from Ross for $5 each. One works fine. The other worked for about 2 days

Neat desk toy, I have one it came from five below a couple years ago. Price isn't special.
