You can get this for $1749 elsewhere from a certain "foot" site, no tax, free shipping. I got this recently and thought I'd have buyers remorse since I'm usually a C series guy. Since I got a 65in G3 for my personal space, I was okay with getting this for the living room and I gotta say I'm blown away! The brightness is fine even with fully open patio sliding doors and the picture is fantastic out of the box and even better once tuned right.

There's an open box about 2.5 hrs or 115 miles from me, one way. With gas factored in I'd save little over $100. But then 5 hrs in the car on the highway in the back of the truck….. meh I'll pass on the open box. Great deal if around the corner from you. If savings were greater I'd for sure do it.

what's the difference in s90c, C3 and A90j? Seems like they're all using the same panel at 82", but s90c is cheaper by at least $400. Is there any reason not to get that over the other two?

is there any value in these warranties? The worst thing that can go wrong is burn-in, which isn't covered.

at 83" I don't think even the S90c is using QDOLED, right?

77" comparatives are basically s89c = s90c and depends or really personal pref if you want brighter (s90c) or DV + better motion processing (c3).
