Best New iPhone deal for my situation?

I couldn't talk my adult daughter into upgrading her iPhone 11 on a Black Friday deal. She has a relatively new battery, like her phone and doesn't like change.
Of course, it died. Won't turn on. Now it's worth zero as a trade-in and I'd rather not shell out $700+ for a new iPhone.
We are all on Verizon's basic $30 basic unlimited family plan with a FiOS discount and out of contract (the other 3 of us have Google Pixel 7 Pros that we're happy with, but she's loyal to iPhone). She doesn't need the newest, fanciest model, unless that's the best deal. I'm debating the following options:

She doesn't need the newest, fanciest model, unless that's the best deal. I'm debating the following options:
- Switch all 4 of us to T-Mobile and get her the new phone offer (coverage is fine for us, it's just a pain).
- Switch just her to T-Mobile and get her the new phone offer.
- Find her a decent used iPhone 11 for $250-$300, then trade it in for an upgrade when the NEXT good offer comes around.
- Pay the Genius Bar to "fix" it (Do they still do this? They used to charge something like $275 then just give you a new phone.) Then trade it in for an upgrade at a later time.
- Find her a decent used iPhone 11 for $250-$300, then trade it in and switch all of us to T-Mobile NEXT Black Friday.
- Switch only her off the family plan to an MVNO that has an iPhone deal (but she's an irresponsible heavy data user and I don't know what that deal would be).
- Other (Is there a better option I haven't thought of?)

As a recruiter, I have come across such nonsensical resumes and "cover letters" from college graduates some even master level, that I am shocked. Then people wonder why they cannot get a job.
Critical decision making skills and learning them, starts at home. Please help your daughter grown up or she will be permanently "disabled" in life skills. You are not going to be around for ever. If you care for her, let her fix this issue herself.
