We had that same model and ours only lasted a year

I got mine last year around December. Did you try to contact customer service? Some companies all you have to do is video conference showing them you're cutting the electric cord and they will send you a check.

I use the Keurig K-supreme plus smart coffee maker. It was 70% off on clearance at target B&M plus I stacked it with a $10 off $50 coupon to get it under $60.

Just want to chime in with my 2 cents - these frother are great! I have an older model that just has 2 settings, hot or cold, but it works wonderfully. Nice foam on cold, really nice thick foam on hot setting. Super easy to clean and use, looks nice on the counter. I honestly think this is better than the lattego attachments the Philips super auto espresso machines use.

Is it plastic inside like Keurig machines? Can it make whipped cream, anything else, structured water? What does it have a whisk inside? so much better than those little tiny frothers?

Not sure about this model, but my older model is metal on the inside. Super quick and easy to clean.
I have one of the handheld frothers that are cheap and popular - this keurig one works so much better. I'm not sure what the magic is, but I get noticeably thicker foam on the cold setting vs a hand frother, and super crazy thick foam/froth on the hot setting.

No, I just tried it. it only wants to apply the biggest discount, which is the 25% offer, not the 20% off new customer offer.
