It's really hit and miss with them. "New" usually means "open box", "open box" usually means "heavily used", and "used" usually means "flip a coin whether it comes in one piece and works". Usually their stuff is pretty busted in my experience, about 1/3 the time you get lucky and "new" actually comes brand new. That said, their prices can be really juicy

Picked up 4 "new" smaller items on BF. One appeared new, two "newish", and the last one was a mispackaged used item. Took me almost two weeks just to get a return label. YMMV.

Also, I've returned things to them before and they don't issue a refund until you hound them. Good prices but definitely trade offs

I ordered one a few weeks ago, the paper box came with it was beat to 💩, but the hardcase and everything else inside is brand new.
