This deal that seemed to be common last year and earlier this year seems to be back. Valid till 12/17. Have not seen it in a while. In the past, it was cheaper in-store, but I don't see it in store yet; let me know if anyone saw it in-store or if it's online only this time.

Did you build it yourself or hire some guys to do it?
I built it myself, but I also love doing things like that. It took me a solid day of solo work and then I had 2 of my friends come over to put the roof panels up. Only took about 20 mins to do that since I had it all staged. I tethered it to the ground with 12" auger rods.
Seems like they sell this earlier and earlier each year, and also disappears earlier into spring. I've had one of these for years and they hold up great to wind and a foot of snow. Highly recommended.
Curious if anyone anchor bolted these to the concrete floor?
I'm in sunny California so don't really have strong winds, but not sure if anchoring is needed

Generally need a permit in most places in cali for any gazebo larger than 12x10, I'm sure that involves anchoring.

Thanks, I see BJs also sells this and last year they had around $800 offer to build it.
