I'm not sure why I even bother with trying to debate ethics on a site that continually shows that people would cut off their own foot if it meant they could save $.01 on shoes.
Yes you are displaying brand loyalty, and I would expect you to elaborate more on your claim of anti consumerism.
It's unlimited number of games in single purchase. I had an issue with zip code in purchase and now it thinks I used mine despite not completing the purchase. Sucks as I want 3 games in my cart. Response from customer service was to prepare for long delays in responses.

I am against the posting of deals on this site for grey market resellers as well, many from the Slickdeals staff. If people want to risk their Steam accounts to save a few bucks, they are more than welcome, but I don't feel it is a wise decision to not include a warning letting people know of the risks.
Enjoy your free games while they last, rumor is it will be gone come next year, or at least they will come with some strings.
I already linked some information about why I don't care for Epic. But if you want more info, just search for "epic anti-consumer," it's not a secret. There is a special kind of irony when a company tries to rally the troops using a parody of a commercial that is about falling victim to that exact scenario. But I'm sure most Fortnite players have no idea what 1984 is actually about and it went right over their heads.

What I think most of consumers don't realize is that it is standard practice to charge software developers 30% to publish on their platform just like Apple and Google. Those costs always get pushed to us.
What steam created at the beginning was an amazing way for developers to get their products to us in a convenient way but now it's almost becoming like Ticketmaster where they're charging exorbitant fees for not much added benefit.
Epic is giving free games away in order to grow their subscriber base so they can get on the 30% fees too.
More competition is generally good just because things like free epic games happen or those fees eventually get pushed down and the consumers then get more savings.
