Mazda is having a hard time moving inventory. I bought a new CX-5 Signature at the peak of the pandemic shortages with 0.9% financing and $1000 below MSRP.

I absolutely love the car. As absurd and silly as this sounds, it's far more Cayenne than RAV-4. My only complaint is that gas mileage is mediocre to poor.

One thing i've learned in life is, once you make a large purchase, like a house or car, etc. Just stop looking and researching, you'll only be disappointed

That applies to pretty much anything. Not even purchases. Always something better around the corner.

I was semi disappointed with my 2015 CX-5. At 45,000 the steering wheel started pealing slightly and continued to get worse. $500 to replace so I left it as is. At 60,000 a wheel bearing went, which I thought was very early for something like that. At 90,000 had some type of seal start to go and was leaking fluid. Can't recall what it was. At 101,000 the magnetic coupler went and it was another $1200. I probably would have kept the car but needed to tow 5,000 lbs and bought a Palisade in its place.

Other companies don't have shareholder pressure the way Tesla does. Tesla has promised to grow 50% compounded year on year till 2030. They are failing miserably by their own expectations. They need to drop prices massively because they are producing TRASH quality cars with a Nazi "Elon" badge.
Plus, just about every Tesla in N. America is on recall now, a couple million cars.

Mazda is way better ride quality, performance, and design. They're a blast to drive and still work great off-road if you need it. I had a 2015 CX5 and loved it. Never had any maintenance issues

My 2015 6 needed front lower control arms at 80,000 which I thought was completely ridiculous given I live in CA. Otherwise, it's been fine.

Most of the dealership in DC metro area offer $15,000 Lease Cash Discount for 2023 Lexus RZ. Inventory is getting back to normal and very hard to sale cars nowadays due to high interest rate.

I dont understand the point of buying these new. You can get a clean, recent low mileage used for thousands less, and these hold up, so the few extra miles aren't going to mean much.
but this one gets 0% financing and without have to deal with risks, also a long warranty than a used. one.

Oil changes are easily $80 at the dealership, so it's more than a few bucks Smilie
My local Honda dealer charged over $120 for my Pilot. Said I needed about $1400 of maintenance at 45k.
I told them I would never come back.
Oh and this dealership also pushes BG products super hard. (Not that they are bad, but if I wanted them I would buy them myself instead of paying full retail and someone to pour it in for shop rate hours.)
