In order to buy I had to choose to open in iTunes and then click the link to this product at the bottom of the page that opened in the iTunes app.

Apple seems to be phasing out iTunes on the iOS platform. I used iTunes for Windows:

Just search in the 'Store' for one of the movie titles (e.g., Gran Torino from the bundle). Then, on the bottom left, they list a few Clint Eastwood bundles. You want the 12-movie bundle, so click that.
