This is one of the best mid range vacuum with mop function alongside similar Roborock models. It is compatible with the self emptying dock.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This does NOT include the self emptying station.

eBay Refurbished (sold by Roborock official store) is for $299 with 2 year warranty while these new ones only offer 1 year warranty with $40 more. Which one is better buy? Does anyone have any experience with eBay Refurbished items and warranty?

I don't really need a mop and I was having a hard time deciding between this and the Q5 pro but at the time I couldn't get a lot of reviews on the Q5 pro. I think this works great on hard floors I'd like to see it pick up more on the carpet but it still does a lot better than my old Deebot.

I can't compare the specific models, but I can compare the technologies behind the two companies as I have a Roomba J8+ from Costco and a Roborock S8 Pro. Roborock's LIDAR is significantly more advanced than Roomba, giving faster mapping and navigation. The Roomba took 1.5 hours to map 2/3 of my area (I hadn't cleared up 1/3 of the remaining area), while Roborock came along months later and mapped the full area in 30 min. I'm way past my return period for the Roomba, otherwise I would've replaced it with another Roborock.
