At least with Apple refurbs, you get a new battery. My wife has a Best Buy "geek squad" refurb Apple Watch and it dies before lunch. 80% battery health.
But the last two orders that I made in the past month, both came very much scuffed up and very much "used". I was very much disappointed and initiated a return on one of the order. The customer service was very friendly and didn't make any fuss about processing the return and sent me a return label right away.
My recent order also came a bit scuffed up. I am a bit hesitant initiate another return in a month.
Edit: I ordered both apple (3 iPads and one iPad keyboard) and non-apple (Sony, Anker) products from them

Works fairly well.
We pay the apple tax to have a device that is part of the apple family to work well with all current and future apple products. This is also pretty advanced with heart health, blood oxygen levels, crash detection, etc. I like using the Apple Watch as a selfie remote when taking photos.

to give u context i am a runner but in just a few yrs back i ran 2500miles in an yr and didnt lose a single lbs. those days i used to run maybe 6-7days a week then min distance 8.2miles
but now i hardly run many files max 3days a week usually 4miles but since pixel watch understands my body i can minupulate it.
google has already build a system to track every part of ur body but of course they still need FDA approval but i am hoping they just can launch something sooner whereby they can process the data locally on ur phone since they already have AI cores on the phone. that way they dont have to go thru yrs of lengthy FDA process
