Do not ever buy nonstick pans. Stuff is carcinogenic, known and proven. Not hard to find the studies. Stainless, ceramic, glass or cast iron only

Hard anodized is not an added non-stick surface material.

The description literally says it has PTFE.

For Stainless steel, you should ideally refrain from cooking acidic foods, like tomato sauce and other acidic foods, in these types of pans. "Stainless steel may have some heavy metals in it, such as nickel and chromium, that can leach, especially when cooking acidic foods."

I was even surprised when I found that out about Stainless steel, as I use to cook with it all the time. Still cook with it, but just not all the time anymore and I never cooked acidic food in them anyways.

Ideally, I want to get some frying pans that are Carbon steel for my frying needs. Smilie
